How do I connect a Magellan GPS 315 to the computer?
I believe the very first place I would look is the Magellan web page. Maybe under support.hi, i have a page for usb driver. hope it can be of some help to you.

good luckIf your serial to usb adapter is working, you should be able to see the connection using Windows Explorer. Click on the connection and it should bring up your GPS.
